Pre-registration Policy:

Pre-Registration must be received by Monday, July 14th.
Those not pre-reg'd but with e-mail confirmed attendance will incur a $5.00 door fee.
Those with no pre-reg or e-mail confirmation will incur a $10 door fee.

· You may pre-register by either of these methods:

1. By sending money via PAYPAL

PayPal is the preferred method of payment.

2. By sending a letter with a check or money to:

·After sending payment, fill out the pre-reg form found here

· If you plan to make more than 10 of a single Production Item, make a Cantrip Tome or copy Formal Scrolls, please include them in the Pre-registration info or, if you like, you can email Logistics with an exact list of Production Items, Cantrips or Formal Scrolls you will be making before the Pre-registration deadline for the event you on completing the list. Temporary tags will not be written.

· If you have fees on account with us due to a prior cancellation and want to attend, please send us an email at plan@neroplan.com with the date attending in the body of the email.

· If you miss the Pre-registration deadline and know you are going to attend please email plan@neroplan.com with date attending at any rate to let us know. We want to make sure we have room for you.

· You may also find info on all event details in the OOG forums.

· Pre-registrations received after the deadline will not be discounted.


Cancellation of Pre-registration:

If cannot make the event you are pre-registered for email us at plan@neroplan.com to let us know.
Include the event date being cancelled in the body of the email. We will apply your pre-registration funds to your next attended event. Refunds will not be given.


Check-in Policy:

· Check-In is held from 7:00PM to 10:00PM at the start of the event.
· All out of chapter magic items must be checked at Check In.
· You must disclose any transforms your character may have.

Check-out Policy:

· Check-out starts at 10AM on last day of event.
· Camps and your rooms will be check for cleanliness.
· We offer a clean-up service for $5.00 per person.
· We ask that all coin be turned in at check out. (We will award XP for the coin)
